Dosage & Administration of Relyto 100mg/10ml Infusion

Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma:

  • Refractory or relapsed follicular lymphoma: Single-agent infusion of 375 mg/m2 once weekly for 4 doses.
  • When used with CVP or CHOP, 375 mg/m2 on day 1 of the chemotherapy cycle for up to 8 cycles.
  • For patients not progressing after 6-8 cycles of CVP, 375 mg/m2 may be given once weekly for 4 doses, repeat every 6 months, for up to 16 doses.
  • Maintenance: 375 mg/m2 given once every 3 months (responded to induction chemotherapy) or once every 2 months initiated 2 months after the last dose of induction chemotherapy (previously untreated) for a maximum period of 2 years.

Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia (CLL):

  • 375 mg/m2 on the day before chemotherapy in cycle 1, followed by 500 mg/m2 on day 1 (every 28 days) of cycles 2-6.

Rheumatoid Arthritis:

  • Two 1 g IV infusion doses, separated by 2 weeks, in combination with methotrexate.
  • Corticosteroids may be given before each infusion to minimize the risk and severity of infusion reactions.
Administration:
  • Relyto 100mg/10ml Infusion will be given intravenously by a doctor or a nurse.
  • Initial infusion rate: 50 mg/hr, may increase by 50 mg/hr every 30 minutes. If tolerated, subsequent infusions can start at 100 mg/hr, increased by 100 mg/hr every 30 minutes. Max rate: 400 mg/hr.
